You can dash through the breakable wall to reach the Bandage.
Bandage [6/15]: Level 6 – Cliff Climb
At the end of the level, instead of going right towards Bandage Girl, turn left to pick up the collectible.

Quite early into the level, you need to jump over the wall with sawblades on top to reach a platform above holding the Bandage.

You’ll have to drop to a platform below the cubes of trash. The Bandage is not visible before the cubes disappear.
Bandage [6/15]: Level 6 – Upwind
The intended path is using the air vent on the left, but you can dash over the sawblades to the right and grab the Bandage on your way up.

This Bandage is on the platform below the cubes of trash.

At the very start of the level, drop into the small gap at the bottom of the building, on the right.

From the wall, you’ll need to jump south to reach the Bandage.

You can see the collectible inside the pillar. To reach it, you need to smash through the crystal from the right.

When you climb the last set of walls before reaching Bandage Girl, head south instead to find the Bandage.

This one is very well hidden. In the vertical shaft with the gravity spheres, look for the hidden chamber on the left with the green outline.

At the end of the level, head left into a the small hidden room before heading right towards Bandage Girl.

When you reach the section where you are spit out of the creature and have to use the fan, enter the building on the right to reach the hidden Bandage.

This Glitch is visible from the intended path. Drop down to pick it up (not visible in the screenshot, as I had already collected it).
Glitch [2/5]: World 2 – Level 14
You can see the Glitch in the distance from your starting location. Use the panel in the back to reach it.
Glitch [3/5]: World 3 – Level 8
Right at the end, before jumping towards Bandage Girl, you can find the Glitch on top of the structure.

This Glitch is located on a panel above the intended, and is not visible unless you climb up.
Glitch [5/5]: World 5 – Level 4
This Glitch is very well hidden. You can either climb the vent to its left, or use the gravity sphere to recharge your dash, allowing you to reach the panel.

Secret Level [1/5]: World 1 – Level 1
On the left side of the level.
Secret Level [2/5]: World 2 – Level 6
The pipe housing the entrance to this Secret Level is along the intended path and difficult to miss.
Secret Level [3/5]: World 3 – Level 10
Once you reach the platform where the music gets distorted, jump to the right over the saws to reach the entrance to this Secret Level.
Secret Level [4/5]: World 4 – Level 3
Smash through the glass to reach the balcony.
Secret Level [5/5]: World 5 – Level 8
While you are riding the train rightwards, instead of jumping down onto the last train section, ride it all the way to the right. Before smashing into the saws, jump towards the south. You can climb the column here to reach the entrance to the Secret Level on top.
